I really like that this software allows me as an employer, who is also responsible for my employees' benefits enrollment process (I am their Human Resource representative), can use it without any help from our HR department at all! This was one of many frustrations we faced with other solutions in which there had been some pushback by staff members when they would come into enrollments meetings where someone else's employee has failed or gotten rejected due to lack of eligibility requirements…

A really great solution and user friendly front end

The ability of being able to create multiple types/categories for our customers, such as different customer groups or departments within an organization. I wish that there was more flexibility in determining what rewards would be given when they are not using their product(s) but this is probably just me nitpicking! Great platform if you want to have several options available for rewarding members with points at events, sales etc. We were struggling between two platforms (Loyal3 vs Shopify)…

Excellent Customer Service Software

This is more than just an app, it’s actually one of our most important marketing tools in getting new customers. It helps us provide great customer service when people call for questions about their account or billing issues with them! Very user friendly too!! When we first started using this platform everything ran smooth and was easy to use without any problems at all. There are no drawbacks that I can think off currently other then maybe having some customization options from time-to-time…

  • Their responsiveness always makes you feel like your issue wasn't overlooked even if there might not have seemed as pressing need/urgency..I appreciate how quickly & regularly updates go out via email which allows everyone within organization quick insight into things going forward
