Description of Moog K6187T Idler Arm

Problem Solver powdered metal gusher bearing design enables grease to flow through the bearing to the stud for reduced friction and enhanced strength and stability. Moog engineered steel composition results in a stronger component. Greaseable socket design allows new lubricant to flush contaminants from the assembly, reducing corrosion and wear. Loose or worn chassis parts can lead to premature tire wear.

Excellent product, suitable for spares

Product as described and delivered quickly. I would order it again. This part was used on a standard racing car and I was very happy with both the price and the quality.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Upgradable

Genuine Moog products

Works great! High quality Moog products. I just reworked the front end (suspension and steering) on my 2003 S10. Now it drives like a new car. Great Moog quality, low Revain prices and free shipping, couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Available in white only

I'm happy S10s happy

I installed a new OEM pull arm on my 2001 - S10 ls Blazer about 3 months ago. rear, complete front rebuild, + steering shaft and steering gear, 9 yard opening. After about 500 miles of road drifting I had to order this new Moog tension arm, oh! it is strong, very strong! I'm happy, S10 is happy! More bang for your buck.! Definitely keep it up!

Pros
  • Fits great for me
Cons
  • Nothing

Seems better than OEM

Unless I'm buying a remanufactured part or something OEM I always look for a Moog replacement. In many cases they outperform the OEM anyway, or try to improve where the OEM failed. The quality of the part appeared to be as good or better than the OEM, and it didn't feel cheap. It also has a lube/zero port so you can properly service it. The Zerk threads were a little tight, but a dab of lube fixed that first.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • so far so good

Moog K6187T Caster

Moog K6187T Caster As one reviewer said, no used materials here? great stuff here. Installed in no time (if you know what you're doing) and tightened the handlebars hands down. Now my handlebars are tighter than a frog butt LOL and it's tight: I removed parts from another brand that only lasted 6 months, if that's the case don't make that mistake! Buy the best of MOOG first (DO NOT BUY TWO PIECES) but with RagenRat's confidence

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Almost never

MOOG intermediate arm failed after less than 6 months and 10,000 km

I bought this intermediate arm and professionally installed it in September 2020. I noticed tire wear at the beginning of March, but was only able to take delivery of the car at the beginning of April 2021. The mechanic tells me that the bushing is completely broken and the intermediate lever needs to be replaced. I also have to change my tires now. As another reviewer noted, I bought the MOOG on purpose because the quality had to be top notch. Now that premature failure is costing me nearly…

I'd rather not install sprockets

Product (Moog 6187T Tensioner Arm) was installed in February. The front end is level after the parts are installed. The front was loose and the tires were worn, so we sent it in for an overhaul. The Moog cocking arm and center link were junk. Mileage for parts under 2500 km. When the parts were installed, all front suspension parts were new, including the upper and lower wishbones and tie rods and these parts. Moog used to be a popular brand for suspension parts but obviously they aren't of the

  • This is amazing
