NORTIV 8 Men's Waterproof Hiking Shoes - Lightweight and Ready for Trekking Trails! Review

Bought these for my 8-12 hour work day but after 3 months I'm already looking for a new pair of shoes. Right at the gate, they were a lot wider than usual, which gave my legs more room at the sides. With all that extra sideplay, they started to wear out prematurely. After wearing them for the first week, I found that they barely breathed and my feet would be much hotter than usual. I would not buy again. I'm still looking for a good work shoe that will last more than 6 months *sigh

I have been wearing a size 12 for 50 years and this is the first shoe that is too tight especially in the toe area it literally hurts like crazy. I have a narrow foot so it's good for this shoe unlike others I've had but definitely a size down. I have to return them. Also don't worry about the metal upper lace hooks as they will eventually ruin the laces and that's probably why they give an extra pair.

These shoes are fine. They keep your feet dry and are very comfortable and easy to move. However, it takes a lot of effort to tie them properly. If I try to tie these shoes as tight as normal tennis shoes, I get rope burns on my hands or have to wear gloves. The laces that come with it are also complete junk. The grommets, designed to help fasten a tie, actually cut right through the laces. In less than 30 days I just snapped both sets of laces that came with the boots from a standard tie. Now…

I work as a driver for boys in big brown trucks so I'm on my feet most of the day. I usually wear Timberland or Columbia shoes, which cost three times as much as these. But I liked the look and I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier! They look great, are well built and are very comfortable straight out of the box. Well done!

Normal shoes for my money. I found the water repellency very good. What I don't like are the lace eyelets. They appear to have eyelets to hold the laces in place when pulled. Do these eyelets wear out the laces very quickly (maybe that's why they send two pairs) on these hikers? Very happy with these shoes. These are medium weight shoes and fit my size accordingly. I was very surprised and satisfied with the comfort. The sole cushions really well with every step - honestly more comfortable than any hiking or walking shoe I've ever had. It's also really cool that they come with an extra pair of 550 paracord laces. I am very satisfied and will definitely buy these shoes again.

I needed a lightweight yet waterproof walking/disc golf shoe. It fits the bill, much lighter and smaller than heavier boots, but also waterproof. cozy. The laces seem to come undone so I'm not sure if this will change after a while of use or buying new laces.

These are good shoes at a price I've never tried on. That being said I don't think I would buy them if I had the chance to try them on before buying. I will do my best to list what I wanted and how well the product hit the mark. Comfort - 4/5. They are quite "chubby" and comfortable.
