Great Support and Knowledgeable staff that works all hours of day

The interface is intuitive with good support from customer service who work around the clock when needed as well as have great product knowledge themselves! I would love for them to create an app version so it could be accessed outside their firewall (no easy task). Have no issues thus far but looking forward to seeing what they can do next year! Excellent software but costly: RiskTeq

Riskteq is easy to implement once you have all the modules installed. They provide excellent customer service throughout implementation with questions and issues along the way. There is minimal reporting without the purchase of additional systems. It is hard to create custom reports without having support from RTEQ technical team and this is time consuming especially when using SSRS. Consider that it is very expensive for a tool that isn't flexible enough, lacks customizable dashboards, not…

The ability to easily access info on a company's workstations from a cloud- based access is great!

The ability for my team members to be able to use this product from their own workstations is great! From there they can access it via our network or cloud which saves us time during audits as well as being able to easily share information with clients when needed. I wish you could have more customizable fields so there was no need to re-enter info over again - but other than those minor issues everything works perfectly!!
