Easy to install, high quality.

The plumber mounted the shower arm too high on the wall. My wife had trouble getting or adjusting the shower head. This extension solved the problem. It was very easy to install with teflon tape and a wrench. It took about 5 minutes. The item is of high quality and blends perfectly with the existing finishes.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Communication with seller

The shower is too high!

I bought 2 of these to get the shower head close enough to clean, swap out or put the handset back in the docking station. Each is only 6 inches long. I needed one at least 1 foot long to run the pipe next to me. The repair in this apartment building installed them and also manually without problems. Including Teflon tape.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • So far so good

Easy emergency repair

This simple piece of coated pipe should have been available at our local hardware store. But he wasn't in a dozen hardware stores within a 75-mile radius. Revain gave me exactly what I needed in ONE DAY! He comes! Now my wife doesn't have to reach as high as possible while she tiptoes on the wet shower floor to hang the hand shower.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Something different

Product leakage is good for shower armrests and handrails

Externally, the quality looked good. However, I've installed two and both are leaking heavily no matter how they were installed (teflon tape, pipe grease, etc.). I chose not to install #3 and sent all three back. I am an experienced plumber and can only work with pre-assembly prior to installing the shower screen bracket. It will require tons of torque (and iffy at best) to land them.

The perfect companion for little people!

This little tool helps me a lot in my soul. My height is 5 feet 3 inches. It seems that all the showers in our house were built for tall people, I always had to stand on tiptoe to reach the shower and a couple of times I slipped and almost fell. We have one for our main bathroom. , and it was easy to install, does not leak, looks very nice and is very useful. I have ordered two more for other bathrooms. Many Thanks.

Just right all around

Easy assembly. I used several turns of teflon tape on the existing pipe. Tighten (not tight). Attached shower head. Checked for leaks. Works perfectly. There was a desire to lower the shower head - but not much. Attached to my existing shower pipe, this extension lowered the shower head about 4 1/2 inches and moved the head away from the wall about 4 inches. I wish I had bought it a few years ago!

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Does exactly what it says

Townhouse shower head I just bought was mounted too high on the wall for my liking. It was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. Others I've found are 6 inch extensions and I thought that was too much and dropped the shower head too far. This 4 inch nozzle puts the shower head exactly where I want it. Very easy to install, just wish they could have included some tape to prevent leaks but luckily I had it. Looks good, price was good.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Has flaws

Non-NPT sanitary and sanitary threads

This looks like NPS threads, not NPT. When I contacted the seller about the leak, they advised me to use the rubber washer/gasket that came with it. This is not required when connecting NPT to NPT with Teflon tape. None of my other NPT-NPT connections are leaking - just this one. I will be returning this item as it will not work without a shim which will restrict flow beyond what I would like. This would have been a one star rating, but I'm adding one star because the seller responded to my…

Works without adhesive tape

Do you need an extension for our shower cubicle, we are both older and look smaller. It was a problem getting to the diverter. It helped a lot and I couldn't find it at all in the local big stores. It was easy to install off a short stool and went tapeless which is always nice, the seal is tight and the expansion doesn't bother. Manufacturer's suggestion to make them in 2 sizes, this size and one about 2 inches shorter. I would buy a slightly shorter one as we only needed about 3 inches.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
