I like that you can change your own schedule, if needed or desired in order to work remotely for as long of time at home without being penalized by not having enough hours worked during an pay period! I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface and provides access to all of your data in one place. The ability to customize reports is great! I like that it is easy to use, has many different modules for tracking time cards/payroll etc., very customizable with multiple reports available (we can customize our own as well), payroll reporting in real-time so we know exactly how much money each employee should be paid daily or weekly - no more guessing!
