I like that it automatically creates reports to send out if there is an issue with who has checked in/out or room status etc.. sometimes you have issues but are not sure what exactly happened so this helps keep track without needing someone else's assistance which can be tricky at times when dealing directly wtih employees (especially those overseas). This software provides one window to view all incoming visitors at once in order that we can efficiently process them accordingly without having too much information spread out over different programs or websites. The best thing about VUR was the speed at which I was able to access the data. Being able to link the information to our corporate database made it very easy for me to access and utilize the information. The interface was easy to navigate and provided a lot of information about the visitor. The software is very user friendly and the customer service was wonderful.
