Works great, takes up much less space than a traditional fan.

But it's expensive - I'd give it 5 stars if it was $199. Otherwise it works great. I have a small apartment and I use a 3 stage spin cycle so the combination is fantastic. I also use it when I need a constant fan as it shoots a set amount of air directly at me on the couch and the fan speed is controlled remotely via a Bluetooth app on my phone.

Yes, this is an expensive fan.

But he does his job very well. Being able to connect it to a heart rate monitor to control the intensity of the ventilator is great. When I work hard, it works hard. It is recommended to set the minimum and maximum heart rate at which the fan will work at minimum and maximum intensity so that you can adjust it to your preference. Add the ability to override heart rate controls with the app if you want to fine-tune it. Even at full speed it is much quieter than the box fan I used before. It's…

Great fan BUT makes weird noises and pops

Cycling indoors after a winter in the mountains is a must to get ready for spring! A normal fan is also a must. This fan has some great features: manual controls, heart rate mode that increases fan speed and volume as your heart rate increases, and my favorite speed mode that gives you the most accurate outdoor riding experience. main problem! - Price. The outer assembly is made of plastic. Worst of all is a loud "hum" and plastic clatter that gets more or less loud depending on the speed of…

Too loud from rattling fuselage

Generates plenty of directional wind and feels great to ride. Unfortunately, there's a lot of noise due to the cheap chassis, which rattles and vibrates, making more noise than you'd want when you're running a near-silent machine. I'm not sure if I received a defective product but have tried to fix the noise to no avail. The rattling and vibration sometimes disappeared, only to return after a short time. I tried to change position, tighten, lay, to no avail. Reluctantly returned due to the…

Skeptical to WOWED!

Like many others, I was skeptical. Do you really need a $200 fan? A little expensive I think. Will a vornado or blower do the same job? Yes, but I usually train around 3:30am when it's cold and the ability to connect to my HRM means I can warm up comfortably and properly. When I start a long run or train on a long climb, with the right amount of wind, this thing springs on at the right time without you even having to think about it. With my Vornado, I would have to jump off the bike to turn it…

Impressive Smart Fan

I've been using it for about 3 months. I was a bit skeptical at first (especially given the price) as to how powerful/efficient the wind power could be given how small it looks. But I trusted all the positive reviews and I have to admit: I am very impressed with this smart fan! It's really capable of producing a very dense wind flow and more importantly, very directional, ie the flow targets my body very well but doesn't blow as hard on anything in the area. I use it with a Garmin TacX Neo 2T…

I was skeptical, but I really liked it!

I was very skeptical about spending so much money on a fan. In my previous setup I had a ceiling fan running as well as a stalled spinning fan pointing at me about 6ft away. I thought that was enough and didn't realize how inadequate it was until I started using Headwind. The headwind can be controlled in three ways. You can use the Wahoo Fitness app on your phone/tablet to control it manually, you can use the heart rate sensor paired with the ventilator to control it based on your heart rate…

  • Vulgarity

You can have a fan around you. Any fan will do it. BUT, this fan turns on automatically when you ride/run, so one less thing, and the BEST part is that it mimics the headwind speed you feel while running or cycling. I went from couch potato to decent low level racer on my Wahoo in about a month and the realism/fun I get from using programs like Zwift makes training a joy and I give most credit for that my progress. The Kickr Headwind adds a lot to this realism and works flawlessly thanks to the
