Ethermine is a good pool, currently one of the biggest contributors. It comes directly from Ethpool which is technically very developed. The only thing that changes is the PPLNS payment method, they redistribute the winnings obtained for the last block found in proportion to the average of your shares during the last X blocks found. It is possible to configure the payment frequency in account settings. Be careful though, there are commissions on payouts if your threshold is less than 1 Ether. Payment fees are 1%.
