As of date of writing this article thecoin has been breached, and is currently offline out of service, some coin according to their website where stolen by unknown source, and the website has been discontinued for now out of service. This measure was used to prevent further lost of coin from the website.
Presently the company are willing to reimburse their users remaining balance, users can request payout by sending email to their support center for their balance. According to the company it will refund users remaining coin as best as possible. If a user is luck enough he could get his remaining balance if a user ask for refund.
