Review on Wattum by Gabriel Deus

I have been a customer of the company for about a year. I bought my first equipment to be installed in Kazakhstan, where they offered me all the guarantees that it was the future of mining and that the largest farms in the world were there. They connected the equipment at the end of August and they already started having electrical problems a few days after being installed, they worked badly for less than two months and when the cold began they turned off because the country did not have enough electricity for mining... They have been working for almost 7 months without finishing solving the shipment of the equipment to the US, and with luck they would be connecting in August or September losing more than 9 months of mining.



After several negotiations and others, I regain confidence and purchase equipment to be installed in Georgia, USA. They were connected at the end of January and now the situation is reversed, it is hot and the company does not have the place conditioned so that the equipment is well cared for and works well, they are turned off in case it overheats me more than 27 days ago and since yesterday they are all turned off.... The story is the same now, my equipment doesn't work, Wattum doesn't solve the situation in the US either and I'm just wasting time and money. They are not reliable, they do not keep their word and as if that were not enough, they put an increase in the cost of energy 50% more expensive than what was initially contracted, which makes mining totally unfeasible. I don't get answers from the company, they don't offer me solutions, I can't do anything immediately, I just wait to see what other bad solution they propose.
