Overall, I think that with full control of users, making them very safe, however, semantics of transferring accounts differ slightly in the context of web-of-trust to make it easier for users.

Pros
- in my opinion the BTS account can be transferred by updating the permissions used to control the account. However, semantically transferring accounts is a little different in the context of web-of-trust. Users need clear tools to update their keys for security while maintaining their position on the web.
Cons
- BTS team must increase stability and ease of use on their web.
