Dentacoin, a project in good direction
Sincebthe Advent of blovkchain technology, the worhas seen it's implementation in different spheres of human lives like finance, sport, communication and many more. Never has any project implement blockchain in medical health. This is what dentacoin has been able to achieve.
Dentacoin is a Netherlands based crypto project that was founded by experienced personnel in dental health. Their aim is to provide a platform that will bring together all stake holders in dental industry like the dentist, the manufacturer of dental materials, the patients and the labs. All of these could meet on the platform and find a way to solve problems inherent in dental health. Personally, this is a welcome ideal and I believe in it. I also know that it may take time before it gains massive adoption but when it does, it will worth the while.
I also see it as a community based project since the review written by the community of participants will go along way in making decisions that will help build the block chain and the end result will be to improve dental health.
The native token if the project will serve as incentive for reviewers. The token is an erc-20 based on ethereum block chain. The ico took place in November 2017 and ended in October 2017.
For now it is obvious that the token is of little value. This is in a way due to the fact that the project is a single sector- directed. But in no time I am sure it will become widely adopted.

- The token DCN is already a legal tender that can be exchanged for USD and EUR
- It will help in taking care of issues concerning dental health
Cons
- Since it is sector specific, the growth will surely be slow
- The DCN is of little value
