Elli was designed as a fast payments platform theoretically every minute the blocks were processed, offering immediate payments without the need to wait for confirmation from the network.
Since 2019 they were presenting delays in their development, this verifying various bitcointalk threads so well they had been moving in various aspects but they did not develop anything in specific, this according to criticism of various members of the community, and then they only disappeared. without any notification, which gives reasons that it is simply a scam and all this activity occurred in 2019, and by 2020 there were no publications about this project.
