Huobi token is a utility token that earns traders fee discounts and voting privileges. Unlike Binance where anyone gets discount for owning any amounts of BNB tokens, Huobi traders must buy at least $120 tokens and hold them every month to retain the benefits that come with them.
Pros
- Huobi isn’t targeting small traders with its packages. They have already made it clear the HT tokens target institutional traders to whom a 50% discount in trading fees would mean a lot.
Cons
- Huobi does not market their native token a lot as well. It’s hard to find a Huobi token review on many forums and crypto sites that focus on western traders. You can’t say the same about Binance, as their CEO is a celebrity in the crypto world.
