MRDN was a temporary token which was found to be lacking in the functionality of its smart contract for their future dapps so they upgraded to LOCK which makes the dapps within the Meridian Network accessible to you.
Meridian Network is totally community ruled and it features staking, balancer pool and token swap for your enjoyment.
