I wanted to give a feedback about Qtum Blockchain project, I find it interesting that it allows Decentralized Applications and Smart Contracts to execute as part of a UTXO transaction and this is extending Smart Contracts Capabilities. Opportunity to ported Existing Ethereum applications to Quantum’s Blockchain sounds like an interesting idea. For bitcointalk members QTUM suggested good signature and social media campaigns, where I also participate. I would like to wish the project good luck as from success everybody will win.

Cons

Yea, hire PR in different country seems good idea, there many people that could not understand english easily. So Qtum will attract more crypto or even non-crypto folks because we could explain what is Qtum in their mother language.
