Digital transformation via crowdfunding.

Its increase transparency and accountability scores and qualify for a wider flow of capital to invest in their projects. This is a win-win situation for both investors and project owners, where there is better capital access with higher degree yields and better access to real estate development projects.

They made a lot of promises but the team did not give much to investors. Although the team is still active on social media but there is no streangth in the project, not listed on the exchanges.

I wouldn’t say it was the team’s fault or any shortcomings of the project. Since 2018, we have seen real estate businesses do not improve much on crypto sector. I do not know if the project will be able to overcome! I see very little chance because there is no improvement except for a few Twitter posts.

  • There is no minimum investment amount for individuals around the world.
  • They have reached various agreements in the boardrooms of Southeast Asia and North America to discuss the highest possible commissions - in some cases up to a maximum of 10%.
  • You have the opportunity to prove yourself as a proxy developer, including some of the top and emerging development agencies in Asia and North America.
Cons
  • There are plenty of red tape and middlemen who are taking their cuts for things like taxes in the case of large investment markets. A cryptocurrency related to the development of real estate will probably become double hated if they want to cut.
