Tether is a stablecoin created to be paired with the dollar, well I don't particularly see Tether as an investment currency, due to the simple fact of being associated with a fiat currency, it already loses all its essence as a cryptocurrency, because we know that cryptocurrencies were created to have freedom over our money. So why would I invest in Tether, if I know there is no volatility, yes, we know that an investment requires risks, or we win or lose, that is volatility, if a cryptocurrency is stable, we have no reason to invest in it ... at my point in view, Tether is just a crypto fiduciary currency, used to trade other digital currencies in pairs without needing the regulations of the traditional market. Perhaps this is Tether's only advantage, since for example: when we buy a crypto, say BTC, we would not need to deposit fiduciary money, we would only use Tether within the exchange, without the need to use fiduciary currency.
