I bought the hitch receiver when I was going on a long winter trip and wanted to be prepared for anything. I have had the opportunity to use it since the Noreaster hit New York last week and am completely satisfied with the product and its performance. I attached a lifebuoy and easily pulled two cars and a truck out of huge drifts. I've also gotten stuck at some point despite having 4WD and in 12 years of owning my truck I've never got stuck to the point of being unable to get out. A good young man got me out of a situation where, without his help, I probably would have had to wait for the spring thaw. Karma is real!
