I had a Honda Element, the hood was oxidized. I tried to do it manually but it didn't work. So I decided to buy a high speed polishing machine. Are you still fixing cars at my dad's dealership when I was younger? Buffers have come a long way. So after three times he was absolutely handsome in my element. After use it shines like new. It worked perfectly. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. The pads held two cars. I ended up swapping out my other Subaru just to get rid of the swirl marks. I used 3M compound and a finisher. And finished it off with a final coat of ceramic wax. It's definitely a nice perk to be able to adjust the speed. So if you're running the mix on the block on a machine that runs small areas, run it at medium speed. And then when you polish, use it at high speed, let the car do the work, and the mix and finisher won't put too much pressure on the car. Just keep it still and let the products do their job. I highly recommend this, I actually told a friend about it and he bought one, he loves it. I'm sure his review will be here soon. Definitely satisfied, I definitely recommend this brand. Of course, the kit comes with everything you need for the pads, right down to the softness to buff.
