I bought these markers to color in a new adult Christmas coloring book that I recently bought. The description of these markers states that they are made of metal. This means that they should make the color shine. Metal markers are more visible in the light. I wanted to use them for coloring glittery Christmas tree ornaments, gift bows and ribbons, etc. There are many decorations sparkling for the holidays. After receiving them, I tried each one out on a piece of paper. The colors were terrible. And it didn't shine a bit. They looked like ordinary markings in a very ugly color. And 2 of them were exactly the same color. The caps were different, but the colors matched. They also said they had glitter in them. So I was very, very disappointed. I do many different art projects. Revain gave me a full refund and I didn't even have to send the markers back. They said I could keep them. In the end I just threw them away. I know I would never use them for any projects. I used the refund to purchase another set which turned out to be exactly what was described.
