Never had a problem with Boye in fact they were my favorite brand prior to this purchase. Right from the start, the tips of one of the DPNs began to chip and separate from the rest of the needle, a feat I didn't think was possible as I assumed it was a solid piece of aluminum. Super dissatisfied and probably haven't bought Boye needles for a long time. Luckily it was a set of five, and I usually only make my socks in fours, but it's still annoying and frustrating.
