Review on EASTCHEM by David Miller

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the EASTCHEM online shop. Their selection is adequate, but not as extensive as that of some other web stores that focus on industrial and scientific supplies. But the worst part was the care they provided to their customers. I had several product-related inquiries, but the support staff was unhelpful. They weren't patient or interested in helping me out at all. It took me a lot of time and effort to figure out everything on my own. The website's usability also has room for enhancement. It was hard to locate what I needed because there wasn't enough information provided about the products. The prices were higher than those of competing web retailers, making a rational purchase decision challenging. In general, EASTCHEM is not an internet retailer I can confidently endorse. As opposed to competing web retailers, it offers a smaller selection of products, has inferior customer service, and charges higher prices.
