Works exactly as advertised. The 2000 Accord and Gramma dried their wipers on a dirty windshield. It was very difficult to see at night and in the rain. Bought a Bosch random orbit sander ($49) and a 1lb can of cerium powder and used 1 felt pad. The water stains disappeared almost immediately. However, the scratches had to be worked on. It took me about 2 hours to get the perfect result. There are still a few scratches but as advertised if you feel them or catch them with your fingernail they won't go away. And the good news is they don't advertise if you mix too much, don't worry. Let it dry and it will turn back to powder. Back in the can for next time.
