I used this on a project that is a bit odd to most people. I make portable solar panels out of thin aluminum shields. They are very light and durable. So I attach flexible panels to the aluminum signs and the two boards are joined with a long edge so I can close them like a book. I have a plastic loop connecting them. However, I needed a way to install them. Screws don't work as the thin aluminum breaks. Enter this miracle glue. I made cuts on the surfaces, ran a strip along the plastic hinge and attached it to the aluminum panel. It stuck and stopped almost immediately. Then I let it dry, put another bead for another panel and then installed it. The connection between hinges and panels is like steel. This glue is very strong and hardens very quickly. Because it cures so quickly, you need to be careful and quick when joining the surfaces. This glue works way better than I expected. It's super powerful and easy to use. Didn't take much to get the job done and it's holding up like crazy. I thought I'd have to use epoxy for this, but SikaBond was the answer. This is great value for a tube at this price point and I give it 5 stars.
