It is recommended to use two people for the installation. Fits perfectly once you have everything set up. Only used once with no problems, planning many more trips. I particularly like how much headroom this model has. Others I looked at had a lot less and I'm glad I chose this one! Expect to take at least 30 minutes to install the first time - figure out which color coded poles and where they go, then catch them through the tent etc. I've seen a few reports of weak poles. I took extra care bending them and putting them in their respective pockets and had no problems. Others must have been in a hurry or forced them. Take your time and you will find that it is well designed and built.
