Like reviewer Pink, I was disappointed that I couldn't find these replacement casters at a hardware store. Big boxes had casters, but not in this model. Even more frustrating were the hired helpers: I wish they had the courage to admit "I don't know" instead of trying to mislead me with (continued?) misinformation. Why try to sell me something that does NOT work and try to gain my trust by wearing your know-it-all vest? I was distracted. We have two large dogs who enthusiastically bump into our screen door from time to time; Retrieving is her life! Suffice it to say the door has suffered greatly and the two original plastic rollers in the screen door lost the battle to withstand the momentum of the mutts. Friction was the only factor holding the screen door in place and you had to "pull" to open/close the door. about this particular product due to its listing. I take my hat off to whoever included the reel diagrams in the product images. When I saw them and compared the sizes to the scraps of broken rollers I knew I had the right replacement! And all this without a fashionable waistcoat! Got them in two days, installed and now I have a smooth and sliding screen door again! Also, I've changed my habits: I now open the screen door BEFORE asking the dogs to play aportee!
