Wow, that's the kind of raincoat you need in Wisconsin! She is very warm. The materials used in the construction of this jacket are unlike the traditional hard vinyl found in most children's raincoats; it is really flexible and soft! Thinner fleece lining in core (chest/back); and a thinner, smooth vinyl lining in the inner sleeves than the outer sleeve. The material feels premium and the stitching is immaculate. I also love bright yellow; which makes it very noticeable for both me and the drivers. The jacket is oversized in my opinion. Our 6.5 year old wears a size 7/8 top and bottom; but this coat size 7 is too big for her. It should still work this fall and hopefully last a year after that. And the only thing I don't like is how the hood fits on point. It sits right where her cock is, so she really notices it. I hope the sharp edge will soften after a few washes. And that's no problem. In any case, I cannot recommend this jacket enough.
