Review on TORRAS Magnetic Rotation Dashboard Compatible Accessories & Supplies by Robert Pierce

Well I previously gave a bad 2 star review because the mount didn't hold onto the dash. The reason I bought it was because I had a friend who had it, it was stuck to his dash and I liked that it was simple and clean (not bulky like others). The magnet that attaches to your phone is very thin and clean, but at the same time holds up very well when attached to the magnet on the mount. I contacted their support team to find out what the problem was. I didn't manage to glue it at all. Apparently this is my dash stuff and I'm trying to see if I can't find another glue that works. HOWEVER - I have to say their support team was very quick to respond with advice and when they didn't help get it working they offered to send me a vent mount for free as the original one I bought wouldn't work . Of course it's disappointing that the dashboard doesn't work (no fault of theirs - obviously there are tons of interior items so picking them all is no easy task) but I am very impressed with TORRAS customer service and confidence in their product . and the willingness to make the customer happy. Thank you to these guys. If you are going to buy a mount, be sure to choose TORRAS.
