Review on 🧶 Punk Knits: 26 Trendy Designs for Free-spirited Souls and Independent Individuals by Hannah Curi

I ordered this book hoping for other patterns and I received it. I'm working on three patterns: Woodstock Vest, Banshee Over the Knee Hi's Over The Knee Boots, and Mother's DM Warmers Leggings. The instructions are clear and I had no trouble following the pattern. Most of the "punk" effect is achieved through stitches and wraps. There are a few basic wrist and hand warmers, a few sweaters, scarves and seat warmers. There are also patterns for a tie, a pillow, and a guitar strap. The disadvantage of the book is that mainly wool yarn is used. Trying to substitute non-animal fiber can be a daunting task. This book is not for beginners.
