After trying this product, I found it to be completely inadequate for my needs as a pregnant athlete. The compression was not strong enough to make a noticeable difference in either my athletic performance or my swelling.Additionally the material was quite thin and easily snagged, making it not durable enough for serious exercise. While these socks may work for casual wear, I would not recommend them for anyone who is serious about sports and outdoors activities..
