So far so good, best in 5-HTP

Bought this for my 16 year old who doesn't take prescriptions. She is very restless and never leaves her room, leading to depression. After 3 days of taking it, she left the house and said she now felt happier and more energetic. Doesn't seem to be a placebo effect, I've tried others. I will update if anything changes. At the moment I only take it once a day.
