Easy installation The company emailed me the installation instructions and a contact way before I even received the item have received. You seem like good company. Details appear to be of good quality. I've had it for a year now. The last time I installed the filter was 08/20/2017. On February 18th, 2018, almost exactly 6 months later, it started flashing red (the filter needs to be changed). We use this filter every day, from filling glasses to filling an aquarium. This is an excellent one-tier system for city water use. Please remember that this is a one-tier system. If you're getting water from a well or dirty city water, consider three-tier or cistern systems.
