I use this tape to hold wood in place for CNC routing. Being new to CNC routing, I've learned how important (and sometimes challenging) proper hold-downs can be. I'm very pleased to report that I've not yet had a piece held by this tape come loose. The inevitable downside is that removing the machined part from the CNC bed requires some work with the putty knife followed by peeling the tape from whichever surface it stayed on. That said, it can be rolled cleanly from that surface and leaves no residue. When I run out of tape, I'll reorder.
