Bad Cookware Product
This product does not heat up enough to cook. Tried to make an omelette and took 35 minutes to cook. The induction hob was set to 320ยฐ but the pan never went above 168ยฐ. Checked with a laser thermometer. Also, the diffuser started to loosen after two uses. I do not recommend this product. Not worth the price. I ended up throwing it away and used a flat cast iron disc instead. The cast iron disc worked like clockwork.
