What I like best I like the separation is areas for a laptop (main area) and a front area to house other things I need to use quickly (e.g. boarding passes, passport). If you don't take your laptop on flights, it has enough space to fit a few 'extra' items for your carry-on, and since airlines consider a laptop bag a 'personal item' in addition to carry-on, so I ' "pack more" to take on board. And at the price for a "10 pack" (which I bought) for a thank you gift (eg - Christmas, Birthdays, Father's/Mother's Day, High School) worth considering. The only thing I would have liked was a little more room for larger hands in the grip area, but still good as a shoulder strap is also included (look in the main compartment to find it).
