full piece cr@p don't buy this. I would give zero stars. I've already gone through two (the one I ordered first and the one Amazon sent me to exchange). Battery life sucks. After charging overnight, the batteries only last about 7-8 minutes. You cannot operate it with a charging cable. I can't spot clean even a tiny kitchen, half a bathroom, or any other room. two sofa cushions. It just dumps into any other bottleneck, like between a refrigerator, and doesn't clean that place. The only small plus is that the end is easy to remove and shake out the dust. Buy something else.
