Please listen to these one star reviews. What we want to tell you is that the great water this pitcher has historically produced will NOT be the water made from these three filter packs. I thought it was such a good deal but now that the water tastes awful I have to throw away THREE filters and maybe the pitcher too! How difficult is it for a company to keep producing quality products? What went wrong, revitalizing water? How would you treat your loyal customers like that? How can I keep getting great original filters?
