I thought it was such a good deal but now that the water tastes awful I have to throw away THREE filters and maybe the pitcher too! Warning! All three filters I bought stopped working for me after two weeks. Very frustrating because when I bought this filter it was great. Filters lasted up to 60 days. I contacted support about my issue and all they gave me for my complaint was a 10% discount and I was advised to shake the filter under running water. I shook the filter under running water and it started filtering out the gray (as shown in the picture). I don't want to buy anymore. I am looking for a replacement filter.

If you read bad reviews from people who say they don't fit, read on. Read the filter preparation instructions first. You need to flush them and run a few cycles to get rid of the carbon dust. DO NOT BUY these filters if you have an older version of the Invigorated Living jug. THEY WILL NOT FIT AND CANNOT RECEIVE ANY KIND OF MODIFICATIONS TO MAKE THESE FILTERS FIT OR WORK TO FIT THE OLD VERSION CAN. At the end of 2015 I bought a new Invigorated Living water jug with filter. Although I was initially concerned about the pH increase, the product later seemed to increase the pH. When I bought the next set of filters the fit was much tighter and at one point I squeezed too hard and tore in the spout area. Some things can be fixed with some glue. I have the ones that came with the system with a silicone ring as shown in the picture. That was great. They do NOT have a silicone seal. It's terrible. It's just smooth plastic that sits in a hole and slowly lets unfiltered water into the filtered part.
