Outstanding Filters. I can't live without these. After being diagnosed with interstitial cystitis, I had to eliminate all acidic foods from my diet for a while. Despite my strict diet, my symptoms didn't improve until my husband recommended throwing away our Brita water jug and buying an alkaline water jug. Let me tell you that this small change completely changed my life. I no longer have bladder pain, can eat acidic food and exercise again! To many this may seem like a silly win, but for me it is life changing. Being able to live like a 29-year-old means everything to me. Out of curiosity, I tried drinking plain water again and the pain returned! The only problem with this change is that I can't drink water in public and I have to bring my own alkaline water. 😂😂 doesn't seem like a big deal if it helps me live a normal life. Oh, did I mention it improved my energy levels and mental clarity.
