A very efficient grater.

I bought both a thin long grater and a slightly larger grater (which I use more often). The reason I'm giving four stars is the curved design on the edges of this thin long grater. After all, it contains a lot of grated food that you end up popping out. That's why I usually use a coarse grater for ginger and this thin universal long grater for quick grating in the pan. Having said that, I highly recommend getting both graters, they are very sharp and rare to find.
