Does the job, looks good but needs some glue
Definitely does the job! I replaced the vinyl floor in my kitchen at my rented house and this guy did a horrible job! There were tears and ugly cuts around the perimeter. I was looking for a quick and easy solution to hiding a quarter inch spacer, so that definitely worked between the vinyl on the wall and this trim. It's very easy to cut and glue, but I'd definitely recommend some extra glue. You can see some of the before and after photos I posted.
