Review on 🔍 Solberg FS-15-100 Inlet Compressor Air Filter Silencer, 1" MPT Outlet, 4" Height, 6" Diameter, 35 SCFM, American-made by Joshua Paulson

After 4 years of use and awaiting service I decided to make 2 upgrades to my little workhorse compressor and one of them was this air filter. It is 1 inch pipe thread (MPT) as stated. I decided to use a couple of adapters and an elbow to bring the new intake point closer to the conditioned and more stained air in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised by the noise reduction. While not significant, it was noticeable enough to be appreciated. Also, I felt that this air filter is unlikely to leak since my OEM foam seems to have been running for some time. Overall, highly recommended after a few weeks of use.
