The product was well packaged and nothing was broken. Double-sided tape is crappy tape. We had to build it up in 2-3 layers so that the insoles would actually stick to the car. Then the tape would not be glued to one another in layers. I had to take an alternate tape. But the inserts look very nice. An inexpensive way to change up the look a bit, but be prepared to buy some extra cheesy stuff.
