Review on TechKewl Water Cool Extra Insert by William Rothstein
bitter. This isn't a Techkewl. These are normal water bags.
I purchased 5 Tech Kewl vests and replacement inserts. That's not technically cool. These are cheap frozen water bags. I would have sent them back but I didn't open the box until after the return deadline and put it to use.
