Review on πŸš— Rexing V5 Premium 4K Modular Car Dash Cam with Cabin View Camera: 1080p, Infrared Night Vision, Wide Angle, Live Support, 18 Month Warranty by Christopher Ruth

Revainrating 1 out of 5

From V1 to V5 more functions, more performance.

Great product, I'm still playing around with the features to set it up. I upgraded V1 Pro with dual camera, windshield + rear window. What I noticed is. V5 has a much better layout. It is easier to work with and the ports and buttons are in the best position. The cable construction is almost the same, but not backward compatible. The new rear glass can use a 3.5mm jack instead of micro USB. It was a little frustrating having to reroute the cable, but the picture quality improved significantly. Annoyingly, the power connector is on the opposite side of the V5 than the V1 Pro. Of the pluses - on the driver's side, which simplifies the connection of the device, but again all new wires. The video quality of all modules is excellent. The front panel, rear window and in-cab camera capture great video. The slight downside is that you can't record all channels, but switching cameras is pretty easy. Most of the time I only use the front and rear cameras but when I'm driving the service is nice to have the passengers on video in case of fraud. I'm a big fan of the V1 Pro and I'm happy to report that the V5 is a really good upgrade. It's definitely a big step forward in terms of features and video quality. I am very happy with the V5, the rear window camera and the in-cab camera.
