I used to have a Rexing V1 and this is a step up. I already had the V1 camera hardware kit so it was easy to install by just plugging it in. I am very happy to see that the kit still works for V5. The quality of the camera recordings is good. I can definitely read license plates from videos comfortably. Night vision is decent when the area is lit, otherwise don't expect good low-light detail.
