Works perfectly! iPhone 8/Lightning/H31 adapter

I have a StarSet H31 that I wanted to use with my iPhone and this adapter works great. You do NOT need any other amplifiers/etc. use. to make it work. Just plug the headset into the QD jack and the 4-wire mini adapter into the Lightning adapter and everything works great. The button on QD mutes your call, as expected. Works great for my application. I don't know why it got such a bad rating.
