So I grew up spending the summers and holidays with my very southern grandparents. My grandmother used to cook me a poached egg for breakfast. I've spent my entire adult life trying to find a method to help me easily recreate her perfect balls. I bought all these "eggs" from the movie "As Seen on TV" and tried to make them palatable, all with varying degrees of success. Inevitably, I end up with lots of pots and items that need cleaning. This pan is AMAZING! OMG, so easy to use, so easy to clean and I get perfect poached eggs every time. My mom likes it runny and I like it a little more solid, which makes it very easy to do everything in one pot. I can even add my spices, some cheese or meat to the egg while it's cooking. Now I can eat poached eggs every day. This is a great pot and my favorite thing in the kitchen next to my Keurig!
